Return window and eligibility
You can request a return within 14 days of delivery. The item must remain in its original, unopened packaging and proof of purchase is required.

Supplement exception
For health and safety reasons, opened supplements cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect or a shipping error from our side.

Damaged or incorrect items
Report a damaged or incorrect item within 48 hours of delivery. After verification, the item will be replaced or refunded at no additional cost.
