VITAMINGY wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase in order to better serve our customers, a Cash Refund policy has been established.

  1. Customers can return their purchase with a valid sales receipt within 7 days from the date of receiving your order.
  2. Items that have been opened, used, or damaged are NOT eligible for a refund.
  3. Products should be inspected immediately once delivered. If you receive a damaged, expired or incorrect product, you must contact Customer Service within 48 hours of receiving your product at (complain email) with images and details pertaining to the concern with your order or you can send the same details to our WhatsApp number 01121523448.
  4. Details provided will be reviewed by our support team and we will work within 2 working days with you in the necessary manner to make sure your happy.
  5. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item & We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 

How can I make a return?

  1. Through the site, you can login to my account and then to my orders, then choose the order you want to return, then click Refund, and the return request will be made successfully.
  2. Or by contacting us directly and we will assist you in making a return request.


What are the methods available for refunds?

  1. The amounts will be refunded to your account, received from the representative, to a bank account or an electronic wallet.
  2. Once the return request is made, we'll automatically contact you to determine the method of refunding the amounts. As soon as we receive the return, the amount will be refunded.

 

Important notes:

 

  1. Please note that a product can't be returned if more than 7 days have passed since receiving it.
  2. In the event that the product you received was locked (sealed) it cannot be returned (Unless it has a pharmaceutical defect).
  3. Please know the expiry of each product before purchasing because the expiry varies from one product batch to another.
  4. In the event that you have any problem, don't hesitate to contact us and we'll help you and solve the problem as soon as possible.
